Returns
Customer satisfaction with your purchase and experience is of the utmost importance to us. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns and we will work to find a solution as best we can.
Due to the handmade and artisan nature of the work, all sales are final - returns and exchanges are not possible. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
If an item is damaged during transport, we will happily arrange an exchange free of charge.
Refunds (if applicable)
Due to the items being handmade to order, you only have 1 hour after placing your order to let me know what changes need to be made or if you need to cancel your order. Reach out directly via the contact page, and I'll be happy to help. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at moonstonemindset@gmail.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at moonstonemindset@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the item, and send your item to: Moonstone Mindset, 4038 Riverdell Drive, Wentzville Mo, 63385.
