Shipping policy

 

LEAD-TIME

Since all my work is made-to-order, lead time differs per design/size. Processing times can be found in all listing descriptions. For custom commissions, a lead time will be provided in the free quote given. 

 

DELIVERY

We currently offer both Economy (5-8 days) and Standard (3-5 days) shipping. Shipping is free on USA orders over $50. If your order qualifies for free shipping, Economy shipping will be used. If you would like to upgrade (there will be an upcharge) to a faster ship time, please contact me before checkout and I will change it for you. UPS Express will be used for large wall hangings. 

 

SIGNATURE: 

A signature will be required for packages worth over $500. There will be made 3 separate delivery attempts - if you are not available to sign for the package, your wall hanging will be held at the closest UPS location. It is the buyer's responsibility to claim the wall hanging at the UPS location before it is returned to the shipper. If you want to hold your package at the closest UPS service point, please contact UPS and refer to the tracking number.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We ship to 29 different countries and the US. If you are located in a country that we don't ship to yet, please contact us and we will check to see if we can add it. 

LOCAL PICKUP

I work from my home studio based in Wentzville, Mo. I travel quite a bit and sell at local markets. Refer to my Instagram @Moonstonemindset for live updates on the markets I'll be attending. If you're local and prefer to skip the shipping times, reach out before checking out. I will set aside your order to bring to the market.
